To be prefectly honest, I don't know a thing about this game, never seen it in France.
However SYLPHIA is a recent gamet (1993 is not as old than 1983) released in Super CD-ROM for NEC PC-Engine, some of this game might have been sold in my country, NEC was rather popular game console by that time in France. Distributed by TONKIN HOUSE, this game is mysterious to me, I hope the severals NEC fans may help me, sending infos or better quality scan of the front cover, or even screenshots.
