Some pictures of this cartrigdge ROM released one more time by SONY in 1984 on MSX 1.

The COMPILE official site may be more complete on the subject, all I can say by deduction is that STARBLAZER is an adaptation of STARCRAFT game of 1982 re-made by COMPILE, a horizontal scrolling shooting game, with poor graphics for scenery (we're in the early 80's).
